1. What are the payment options available?

If you choose the "30% Initial Payment Plan," the remaining balance must be completed before your dress is shipped.
2. How long does it take for my dress to be delivered?
Most of our dresses are made to order and require up to 14 days to process before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

UK: 2–5 business days after processing

US & International: 5–10 business days after processing
If your event is more than 36 days away, you have up to 30 days to complete the payment to ensure timely delivery.
3. Can I return or exchange my dress?
Due to the custom-made nature of our dresses, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Imanimaisonstore@gmailcom, along with your order number and photos of the issue. Please see our detailed policy for more info.
4. How do I know which size to order?
We provide a detailed sizing guide on our website. Please refer to the guide to ensure you select the correct size. If you need further assistance, please contact us for personalized advice.
5. Can I customize my dress?
Yes, we accept custom dress orders, starting at £500 and going up to £2,000. You can book a consultation directly on our website here or select "Consultation" from the menu bar for more details. Currently, we do not offer customization services on dresses found on the site. However, our designs cater to a wide range of styles and preferences.
6. Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use this information to monitor your shipment.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be called; however, orders can only be changed within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, processing begins, and changes are no longer possible.
9. What happens if I miss the second payment on the 30% Initial Payment Plan?
If the final payment is not completed within the stipulated timeframe, your order will be cancelled, and the initial payment will be forfeited. Please ensure payments are completed on time.
