Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. 5.4 Imani Maison is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping couriers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Due to the custom-made nature of our dresses, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. 6.2 If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at imanimaisonstore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue. 6.3 Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
